一、產品介紹
1、 使用范圍
鋼(gang)制重(zhong)力式無閥(fa)過(guo)濾器(qi)系列產品(pin),廣泛(fan)適(shi)用于地表水(shui)凈化(如大中小(xiao)型景觀水(shui)、人工河(he)湖(hu)、噴泉瀑布等循環水(shui)的過(guo)濾);地下(xia)水(shui)除鐵(tie)除猛;旁(pang)流水(shui)旁(pang)流過(guo)濾;生(sheng)產廢(fei)水(shui)去除懸浮雜質;有機污水(shui)經生(sheng)化處理、二次沉(chen)淀池(chi)處理之后的后續過(guo)濾,以及室(shi)內游泳池(chi)水(shui)的過(guo)濾。
2、 工藝介紹
采(cai)用(yong)小組里排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統,正(zheng)向、重(zhong)力式過(guo)濾(lv),以(yi)自身清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang),在虹(hong)吸水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭作用(yong)進行(xing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)。因此(ci),無須(xu)像高速過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)、中速過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)、機械過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)以(yi)及普通快濾(lv)池那(nei)樣須(xu)設置反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)泵(beng)貨(huo)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)塔。該過(guo)濾(lv)罐(guan)內,采(cai)用(yong)較多(duo)跟數(shu)的沖(chong)清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管,并布置在各自所在面(mian)積圖形的形心軸之(zhi)處。因此(ci)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)均(jun)勻,其濾(lv)后水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區采(cai)用(yong)跺腳集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽收集,因此(ci)過(guo)濾(lv)罐(guan)就位后,對集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽堰頂之(zhi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)平程(cheng)度適應(ying)能力強,因而可以(yi)均(jun)勻集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。 過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)的較大規格(ge)產(chan)品中,與國(guo)標圖的鋼筋混凝土重(zhong)力式無閥濾(lv)池相比,增(zeng)加了魅族三座式系列(即一座過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時,由同(tong)一組的三座過(guo)濾(lv)罐(guan)供給反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang))期終水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損(sun)失(shi)大控制值也是國(guo)標圖的1.7m增(zeng)加了1.5m和1.9m兩次檔次,為凈水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廠設計的高程(cheng)布置提(ti)供了方便選擇(ze)的產(chan)品。
3、工藝特點說明
在(zai)運行(xing)時,過濾—投入(ru)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)—終(zhong)止反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)—恢(hui)復下一周期的(de)過濾,均自動(dong)(dong)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)。這(zhe)種自動(dong)(dong),屬于水(shui)(shui)(shui)力自動(dong)(dong),是水(shui)(shui)(shui)力過程(cheng)(cheng)形成的(de)自動(dong)(dong),無須(xu)人員看(kan)管(guan)。因此,改過濾器(qi)(qi)的(de)進(jin)(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)、出水(shui)(shui)(shui)、反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)、反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)排(pai)除都(dou)無須(xu)閥門控制,不需設置如(ru)同高速(su)過濾器(qi)(qi)、中速(su)過濾器(qi)(qi)、機械過濾器(qi)(qi)已經普通(tong)快濾池(均需設四(si)個以上閥門),無需安裝需要精心維(wei)護的(de)時間程(cheng)(cheng)序控制儀(yi)表或過程(cheng)(cheng)程(cheng)(cheng)序控制儀(yi)表。但(dan)在(zai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)罐(guan)上應設置閥門,供(gong)初次投用(yong)時使用(yong),均衡數座過濾罐(guan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量;在(zai)同組旅館連(lian)通(tong)管(guan)上需配置閥門,供(gong)輪(lun)換檢修時停止進(jin)(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)用(yong)。
4、工作原理
原水(shui)(shui)由進(jin)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)送入(ru)濾(lv)池,經過濾(lv)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)自(zi)上(shang)而(er)下(xia)(xia)地過濾(lv),清水(shui)(shui)即(ji)從連通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)注(zhu)入(ru)村(cun)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)內貯存,水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)充滿后(hou),水(shui)(shui)通(tong)(tong)過出(chu)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)入(ru)清水(shui)(shui)池,濾(lv)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷截(jie)留懸(xuan)浮物,造(zao)成濾(lv)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)阻力的(de)逐漸增(zeng)加,因而(er)促(cu)使虹吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)內的(de)水(shui)(shui)位不斷升高。當(dang)水(shui)(shui)位達到(dao)虹吸(xi)(xi)輔助(zhu)管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)口時(shi),水(shui)(shui)自(zi)該管(guan)(guan)中落下(xia)(xia),通(tong)(tong)過抽氣管(guan)(guan)借以帶走(zou)虹吸(xi)(xi)下(xia)(xia)降管(guan)(guan)中的(de)空(kong)(kong)氣,當(dang)真空(kong)(kong)度達到(dao)一定值時(shi),便(bian)發(fa)生虹吸(xi)(xi)作用。這時(shi)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)中的(de)水(shui)(shui)自(zi)下(xia)(xia)而(er)上(shang)地通(tong)(tong)過濾(lv)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),對濾(lv)料進(jin)行反沖洗(xi)。當(dang)沖洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)水(shui)(shui)面(mian)下(xia)(xia)降至虹吸(xi)(xi)破(po)壞管(guan)(guan)時(shi),空(kong)(kong)氣進(jin)入(ru)虹吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan),破(po)壞虹吸(xi)(xi)作用。
二、工(gong)藝設計數據介紹
1、平均(jun)濾速(su):8-10米/時;
2、平均反沖洗強度:15升/ 米2·秒;
3、反沖洗歷(li)時:5分鐘;
4、期終水頭(tou)損失值:1.50米(mi)、1.70米(mi)、1.90米(mi)(三檔任(ren)選);
5、反沖洗膨脹(zhang)高度:700×40%外加100mm安全高;
6、濾(lv)料層(ceng)高度:700mm承托層(ceng)厚(hou)度270mm;
7、進水(shui)濁度:不大于15度;
8、出水(shui)濁度:不大于(yu)3度。
9、關于進水(shui)的(de)允許懸浮物含(han)量(liang)或鐵(tie)、錳含(han)量(liang),濾后(hou)水(shui)的(de)水(shui)質(zhi)指標如何(he),則(ze)應由(you)運行時(shi)控制,以適當的(de)反沖洗(xi)周期去控制濾后(hou)水(shui)不超標。
